Orders

You can track your order by going to "My Orders" in your account, clicking on the specific order, and selecting "Track Shipment". You'll see real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also track using your order ID on our Track Order page without logging in.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Cancel Order" or "Modify Order". After this window, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Processing: Your order is being prepared by the seller. Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the carrier. In Transit: Your order is on its way. Out for Delivery: Your order will arrive today. Delivered: Your order has been delivered successfully.

Simply browse or search for products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Yes! You can add products from different sellers to your cart and checkout all at once. Your order will be split into separate shipments based on the sellers, and each will be delivered independently.
