1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WDI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Definitions

• "WDI" refers to WDI LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
• "Platform" means the WDI website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Buyer" means a User who purchases products through the Platform.
• "Seller" means a User who lists and sells products on the Platform.
• "Content" includes text, images, videos, and any other materials uploaded to the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from WDI.

5. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. WDI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items such as perishables, personalized products, and intimate goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by WDI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The WDI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WDI. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment fraud
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WDI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WDI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
