  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Some categories like electronics have a 7-day return window. Check the product page for specific return policies.
Is return shipping free?
Yes! Returns are free for all eligible items. You can schedule a free pickup from your location or drop off at any of our partner collection points.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage for faster processing. We'll provide a full refund including original shipping costs.
Can I exchange instead of return?
We currently process returns and refunds separately from new orders. To exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
What happens if my return is rejected?
Returns may be rejected if items don't meet our return policy (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags). In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
How do I track my return status?
