Shipping Policies

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.

Large or Heavy Items

Items over 30kg or with dimensions exceeding 120cm may require special handling and additional shipping fees. These will be calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement

For orders over 500 AED, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order in real-time through your account or our Track Order page.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You can also leave delivery instructions during checkout or choose to pick up from a collection point.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We currently don't deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
You can modify your delivery address within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, please contact our customer support for assistance.
What happens if my package is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
